This was the smoothest business transaction i have encountered. Casey went the extra mile to help us choose roofing, and explain everything start to finish. He was prompt in communications and followed through with all he promised. Even though he wasn't feeling well, he parked his car outside and oversaw the work from 7:30am until completion at 5:30pm. He even came back later to personally pick up some left over supplies that were sceduled to be retrieved the next day because they were hindering my getting into my garage. The clean up, which was significant, was thorough. Highly recommend, but hope you get a representative as professional as Casey.

Carlton and Luxe Roofing did what two other roofers could not do. They were able to get my insurance to agree to replace my roof for practically free. In addition to that, they were able to do it within two weeks of my insurance claim approval. Carlton and Sally's professionalism was exceptional. They explained the entire process and everything happened as they said. In addition they were personable and patient with my many questions.
